Meet Just a Few of our Bulls...

Kate O'Neill
Kate O'Neill graduated from Yale in 2003 as a three-time NCAA runner-up. Her first year out of
college, she proved there was still room for dramatic improvement. Highlights included
finishing as the top American at the 2004 World Cross Country Championships and competing in
the 2004 Olympics in the 10K. Her PR for this event remains the 9th fastest time ever run by
an American woman. O'Neill now runs for Team Running USA along with her sister Laura, former
Stanford runners Ian Dobson, Ryan Hall, and Sara Hall (formerly Sara Bei), and Olympic
medalists Meb Keflezighi and Deena Drossin.

Ian Dobson
Ian graduated from Stanford University in 2005 as a 9 time All-American in track and field and
cross country. He was the 2005 NCAA runner-up and the 2005 USATF runner-up in the 5000m. His
time of 13:15.33 is the one of the 5 fastest of all time for collegians. Ian was a member of
the 2006 USA World Championship Cross Country Team and is a favorite for making the 2008
United States Olympic Team. Ian currently trains with Team Running USA based on Mammoth Lakes,
CA.

Brad Hauser
A member of the 2000 United States Olympic Team Brad is one of the most decorated athletes in
Stanford Track and Field history. He is 5-time NCAA champion and 14-time NCAA All-American. As
Captain to numerous Stanford Track and Field and Cross Country Teams, Brad was the backbone
for four NCAA Championship Teams. He was also a member of numerous United States Track and
Field and Cross Country World Championship Teams. Brad and his wife Sally currently reside in
Palo Alto, right along the course for the Running of the Bulls!

Sally Hauser
Sally graduated from Stanford University in 2001 as a 10 time All-American. She competed at
the United States Track and Field Olympic Trials in 2000 and 2004. She finished off her
competitive career by finishing 10th at the 2004 Olympic Trials in the 1500m (the metric mile)
in 4:10. Sally and her husband Brad reside in Palo Alto, right along the course of The Running
of the Bulls!

Bolota Asmeron
Bolota graduated from University of California at Berkley in 2001. During his time at Berkley
Bolota was one of the top 5000m runners in the country. He competed in the 2000 Olympics for
Eritrea before becoming an American citizen. Since then he has competed in numerous World
Championships on United States National Teams. He still resides in Berkley and is currently
competing for Nike.

Doug Consiglio
Doug graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1988 with a storied collegiate career. He
was 7-time All-American, a vital member of numerous National Championship teams, the anchor
leg of the World Record Setting Distance Medley Relay and set the National NCAA record for the
1000 meters which stood for 20 years. He competed in the 1988 Olympics for Canada and set
Canadian National records in the mile and the 1500 meters. He currently resides in Palo Alto
and is a therapist at the Sports Medicine Institute (SMI).
